I haven’t posted in a while.
Usually, when I fall off work, it’s quite hard to get back up again. I’m starting to feel some momentum now, so I’m going to keep this going.
I fell off a little bit because family came over, and I was mostly spending time with them.
Now that they are gone, it’s time to lock in.
Lots of things have changed for me since I last posted. One of the main changes was about my future career.
I am still planning to move to San Diego soon, and my original plan was to get a job and save up money for rent. Same when I am in San Diego: I get myself a job over there as well and pay rent.
Still somewhat the same plan but with a slight change.
I might become a personal trainer, and the plan now is to get a certification for personal training, along with other certifications like CPR and nutrition. Now that I am considering personal training, I want to work in a gym with personal trainers so I can potentially shadow them before I leave for San Diego.
The plan is ready for me, but I do want to sit on this idea for a week or so because this is a big change for me and a commitment.
Before I thought about personal training, I never cared about a serious career. My plan was to get a regular job while I did day trading on the side. Then, once I became successfully profitable, I would quit my job and continue with my purpose in life.
So, instead of a regular job, I am actually investing my time into a career. I’m really considering this because it is great experience for my future business.
I was actually stuck between personal training and sales. I picked personal training because, for me, I think it’s perfect for what I want to do later in life, which is to become a life coach. Personal training is somewhat like that, which is why I picked it. Personal training also involves a bit of sales because you do have to get clients, so it’s the best of both worlds.
It seems like I am for sure doing it, but I still want to think it through.
You should never get too attached to an idea or anything in life, especially when it comes to where you will live, what you invest your time in, and who you spend your time with.
We need to do more thinking than doing.
This decision is big because I will be spending my time on this for the next few years, and I like to go all-in on the things I do, which is why I have to think carefully.
But yeah, we’ll see what happens…
